Surrey Short Breaks is teaming up with Max Card to offer exclusive discounts

Surrey Short Breaks is teaming up with Max Card to offer children registered on the disability register exclusive discounts on a variety of attractions across Surrey and the UK.

The Max Card is a national discount scheme which has been created to make days out more affordable for families of children with special educational needs and disabilities aged 0-19 years.

Over 60,000 families currently benefit from the scheme, using their cards to gain discounted admission into exciting attractions such as Legoland, Tenpin Bowling and Go Ape! With over 1000 attractions to choose from, there really is something for everyone! A full list of attractions can be found by visiting www.mymaxcard.co.uk and clicking 'browse attractions'.

In order to qualify for a card, your child must:

  • Be identified as having special educational needs or a disability
  • Be aged 0-19 years
  • Registered on the Disabled Children’s Register

If your child isn’t registered you can do so online or email us at SCDR@surrecc.gov.uk, alternatively call 020 8541 8792.

If you have any questions about the scheme, feel free to contact the Max Card team on 01133 947 951 or hello@mymaxcard.co.uk
